WagSafe® is a UK-only dog-safety mobile application providing real-time hazard alerts, community reports, and dog-walking safety information.

2.7 Payment Data

WagSafe does not process payment details.

Billing is handled exclusively by:

• Apple App Store

• Google Play Store

We only receive subscription status confirmations.

3. How We Use Your Data (Purposes & Lawful Bases)

We do not use automated decision-making that has legal or significant effects.

4. Location Data & DPIA

We collect only approximate location while the app is in active use.

A full Data Protection Impact Assessment (DPIA) has been completed.

Safeguards include:

• Data not retained long-term

• Access restricted to essential systems

• Used only for hazard mapping
